11. Cancellations and Returns (Consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. You must return items within 14 days of notifying cancellation. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return postage. We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost, if charged, to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting.
